Drafted official correspondence for executives/Managed and maintained executive director’s calendar and scheduled meetings/Requisitioned and inventoried office supplies for administrative, training, and public affairs departments/Performed basic maintenance of office equipment/Assisted in organizing conferences and special events for VIPs/Responsible for updating electronic directives library with current Navy and DOD policy changes/Prepared all outgoing Federal Express, Certified ,Registered and First Class mail/Maintained and updated performance evaluations for over 170 employees/Processed military awards and prepared them for official presentation
