Daily Duties at New Jersey Army National Guard:
Oversee and managed office of 35 people and 3 supervisors. Involved in formulation of personnel plans and policies. Involved in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling the procurement of training and education programs. Responsible for managing the process of departing or retiring military personnel. Assist in successful accomplishment of organizational mission. Oversee and managed Mess Hall operations both on base and in the field, supervising 15 people and 1 supervisor.
