Administrative Assistant to Director of Psychiatric Emergency Services and Department of Psychiatry. Typing, filing, reception desk. / Program Manager for hospital billing problem. Created cross-functional team and developed algorithms to aid clerks in obtaining required information, resulting in increased hospital revenues. Located several computer problems in the hospital computer system, found solutions and resolved them resulting in more accurate statistics, efficient data entry and improved reimbursements.
