Daily Duties at Albert Einstein Medical Center:

Directed and coordinated administrative work for research clinical trials and EMS operations. Responsible for developing and managing several projects. Involved in creating business plans, marketing proposals, setting goals and objectives, creating budgets, purchasing supplies and equipment, monitoring and reporting performance, developing and implementing corrective action plans, developing policies and procedures and improving communications. Responsible for computerizing department. Developed a plan, coordinated purchasing and installation of hardward and software and developed a training program. Identified a billing problem, which was causing major revenue shortfalls and created a system to correct it. Responsible for quality assurance for administrative portion of emergency room and annual audits. Program Manager for mentoring program for high school students. Program Manager for hospital talent shows.
