Daily Duties at Ericsson Inc:
Managed customer orders using SAPOM. Participated as both team leader and/or project leader for various successful projects. Lead successful cross-functional teams in both production and order environments. Coordinated all training for department. Program Manager for customer satisfaction survey resulting in 100% response rate from customers. Project manager for new startup product, DWOS. Worked through flow control and organizational integration issues. Assisted in defining international order process and SAP implementation issues. Results were 16 day delivery time opposed to current standard of 35 days delivery.
