Maintained company license database to ensure correct filing of all new licenses and timely renewal of existing licenses. Tracked availability of off-patent compounds. Updated and maintained new product database including preparation of nomination forms, literature searches and follow up correspondence. Chaired weekly new products review meeting attended by production, scientific and marketing staff; updated and issued weekly report. Collaborated with scientific staff in submitting applications for government grants. Generated monthly and quarterly reports in accordance with government requirements. Compiled information for quarterly Board of Directors’ meetings and distributed shareholder reports.
