Managed travel operations for 150 employees and $3M annually in travel and meeting spend. • Created/managed the travel policy & program including negotiating agreement with local Travel Management Company. • Created & enforced compliance of the travel policy. • Negotiated corporate hotel program in top cities. • Planned and executed 50+ meetings, tradeshows, and events for up to 750 attendees. • Tracked expenses and prepared department travel reports utilizing Asterion.com database and reporting capabilities. • Maintained vendor relations and cultivated external partnerships with airlines, hoteliers, car vendors, caterers, gifts and promotional vendors.
