• Facilitation of ISO 9001 quality assurance program implementation sessions. • Conducted internal audits against business requirements and ISO 9001:2000 requirements for 85 sites across United States and Canada. • Served as management representative of external audits for registration to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001. • Produced and controlled audit documentation, quality work policies and work instructions. • Communicated statistical compliance information on all eight business units within Maersk, Inc. • Assisted in development of the Maersk inc. CS Stars system for correction and documentation of non-conformance and non-compliance findings.
