• Designed integrated management system programs based on business process, customer requirements, safety, environmental and security compliance and conformity. • Implemented controls to ensure facilities’ standard operating procedures and work instructions were aligned with company policies, and were consistent with federal, state and local regulations. • Conducted internal audits for 32 locations to ensure compliance and conformity to the companies integrated management system and ensured required corrective and preventative actions were preformed. • Served as management representative for external audits required for registration to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001 and RC 14001. • Prepared for and facilitated customer audits, legal department audits and prepared executive management annual status compliance reviews. • Assured compliance with U.S. customs requirements, C-TPAT certification and SMARTWAY Programs. • Conducted vendor compliance audits to ensure compliance and conformity to BTT policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
