Daily Duties at Central & South West Services:
Reported to Executive Vice President of Human Resources with responsibility for: - Establishing , maintaining and managing relationships with all service providers in the benefits/human resources group - Negotiating all contracts for services (value of services in excess of $250 million.) - Member of management team for bargaining unit contract negotiations with IBEW. - Conducting vendor searches, qualifications and selection in a variety of benefits areas. - O&M budget responsibilities in excess of $25 million. - Management of functions in this new position resulted in over $8.5 million in operational cost savings over a 24-month period. - Managing a staff of over 60 (both clerical and professional positions)
