Daily Duties at Rastelli Foods Group:

Manage entire corporate marketing efforts of $620M multi-national food manufacturer in domestic and international markets, capturing business from foodservice, retail, commercial, and military customers. Direct all aspects of cohesive profit-driven marketing team representing and award winning line of meat and seafood products. • Achieve branded program contracts with distributors and large scale multi-unit or national accounts. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to sell and market products by maintaining an acute awareness of market conditions and product/brand development and positioning. • In-charge of managing brand and product development activities, including the planning and execution of innovative sales strategies. • Interact directly with customers, creating buy-in for brands and providing personalized service from project initiation through completion. • Prepare detailed performance reporting for executive management.
