Address issues directly and in a positive, can-do manner within the scope of the policies and procedures established by company. ·Experience in preparing and reviewing qualified retirement plan documents, amendments, corporate resolutions, SPD’s and administrative forms. ·Strong research and analytical skills and superior organizational skills. ·Knowledge of Laws and Regulations. ·Responsible for performing record keeping functions, posting transaction and maintaining accurate data across multiple applications. ·During the 401K and Pension processes I was required to complete research and resolve questionable items, missing information or out of balance problems. ·Posted data into record keeping system, entries include loan insurance, distributions, fees, contributions, loan payments, rollovers and fund transfers
