Daily Duties at Fox Entertainment, Inc:

·Assists in the development, implementation, administration and communication of employee benefit plan and enroll team members in company benefit programs. ·Work independently, as well as in a team environment, and exercise good judgment with excellent follow-through. ·Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment. ·Conduct various human resources related compliance audits and lead the company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements with solid understanding of Federal and California State employment-related laws. ·Assists managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline system of the company and monitor the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees. ·Coordinate with benefit providers/vendors to ensure appropriate ongoing administration of all benefit programs and assist team members to resolve benefit claim issues ·Assist with the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce along with interviewing potential candidates to streamline the interview and hiring process for managers. ·Manages employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings, and Intranet use
