Daily Duties at Nortel Networks:
Interfaced with designers during feature design, attended document reviews, wrote and executed test plans and test cases, and generated/tested problem reports for the European platform for central office telephone switches. Developed flexibility and became immediately productive in a new and different culture. Wrote requirements documentation from specifications and tracked the feature to completion.
