• Selected from account team of 35 to relocate to BBDO New York to establish new business unit and implement processes to service AT&T’s Small Business segment • Managed strategic and creative development for launch of new, nationwide AT&T Small Business campaign with a production budget of over $2MM • Coordinated with Atlanta based account teams to implement TV, radio and print advertising across 27 local markets • Managed implementation of branding creative for GE’s healthcare, finance, wind energy and water purification segments for middle eastern markets • Worked with GE client to fine-tune their 2009 advertising messaging plan as worldwide economic downturn negatively impacted their business • In November 2008, transitioned to Gillette team to manage global advertising initiatives, including integration of branding campaigns across 157 markets, for Gillette Shave Care and Blades and Razor products • As brand agency leader appointed by Proctor and Gamble, oversaw agency partners worldwide to ensure work across all touch points (traditional, digital, in-store, PR) was on strategy and executions were unified/ integrated with the Gillette’s core brand positioning • Developed strategic plan and project roadmap for launch of Foam to Gel Shave Care product • Worked hand in hand with digital agency partners to produce online creative for Gillette’s “Side by Side” Blades and Razors campaign • Composed quarterly creative reviews of industry competitors in order to determine advertising and promotional trends and evaluate against Gillette’s strategies • Supervised and managed two junior associates
