Daily Duties at Ufcw Local 951:
Responsible for preparing budgets, forecasts, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, financial statements, annual auditing, cash management, government audits, filing annual government reports (Form 990), preparing trustee reports, supervising staff, administering benefits, and developing internal controls, policies, and procedures. In charge of the administration of elections including officer elections, delegate elections, contract ratification votes, and bylaw votes. Develop meeting agenda and record all Executive Board meetings. Chair the Finance Committee of the Executive Board. Present all financial activities and budget to the Executive Board
