Daily Duties at Mckesson Corporation:

• Worked in EIG Group to work with Hospital IS managers and technical Resources to Stage, implement and Manage Horizon Patient folder solutions. • Responsible for performing the installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems. • Checked out and approved operational quality of system equipment. • Instructed customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. • Trained customers on installation of workstation software that require scanners; as well as workstation that need software require for indexing and coding. • Served as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. • Assist with the engineering of customer's technical solutions • Supervise the installation of systems onsite, and coordinate the deployment of the system into production, with the appropriate Project Manager and other technical resources • Work closely with R&D in understanding new components that have been developed and which need to be integrated into the system. • Act as primary technical support for Technical Consultants • Assist with the maintenance of an internal knowledge base of problems and solutions • Define and maintain a clear, concise documented process for the integration of the system • Work with the Project Manager to coordinate the scheduling of resources for projects. • Train new Technical Consultants and Senior Technical Engineer on EIG technology and facilitate the training of new technical resources on third party technology • Implemented Horizon Patient Folder software in Hospital’s Data Center across the country; onsite and remotely. • Helped validate Server hardware for each customer using Dell, HP and IBM brand servers • Installed systems on a VMware GSX platform • Worked in EIG Group to work with Hospital IS managers and technical Resources to Stage, implement and Manage Horizon Patient folder solutions. • Trained customers on installation of workstation software that require scanners; as well as workstation that need software require for indexing and coding. • Installed ,configured and tested all EIG Components( eg HPF, HBF,ILE LaserArc, Portal,etc) • Build Image Engine queues • Educate customer on technical aspect of systems • Build users and groups(Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Image Engine, Horizon Patient folder • Interface with hardware system vendors to build systems(Dell, HP, IBM) • Prepare weekly trip status reports • Escalate technical issues • Report product design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs • Provided Integrated Testing Support • Provided Go-Live support.
