• Was instrumental in deploying Horizon Patient Folder and Horizon Physician Portal to Community Health Systems Hospitals across the USA. • Consulted with client to ascertain and define need and problem areas and determined scope of investigation required to obtain solution. • Trained HIM Department (Medical Records) in the use of Horizon Patient Folder and Horizon Physician Portal. • Advised client on alternate methods of solving needs and problems, and recommended specific solutions. • Successfully handled configuring of Interface feeds for Horizon Patient Folder and Horizon Physician Portal. • Help to solve problems with daily operations of Horizon Patient Folder and Horizon Physician Portal on the client and server platform • Implemented and Configured GSX ESX server for Vmware on IBM Servers
