Daily Duties at Collective Technologies:
• Managed the practice providing complete IT network solutions to corporate clients for this Austin, Texas-based professional services firm services included EMC Technology, Microsoft Technology, Database (SQL and Oracle) Services, Backup Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity • Supervised, trained, developed, scheduled, and reviewed team of 47 engineers. • Developed staffing plans for the practice and coordinated staff certification and training plans. • Managed key partnership relationships and alliances. • Managed active client engagements for risk, earned value, deliverables and timeline adherence • Played a key business development role by: • Presenting internally and to prospects regarding potential solutions. • Advising sales personnel on technical issues. • Providing input for RFP/RFI responses, needs analysis, and SOW responses. • Working with Sales Representatives and Project Executives to develop and execute follow-up plans to expand revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
