Daily Duties at Dyntek:

• Identified and developed new business opportunities in the Southern California region for this Irvine, California-based professional services/IT consulting firm. • Developed and managed a Partner Program encompassing alliances with Microsoft and over 30 other technology partners, representing over $10 million of marketing contributions and subcontract work revenue. • Managed the RFP response process for state and local government clients as well as the proposal development, review, and approval process for private-sector clients. • Responsible for overseeing the Project Management and Development Lifecycle Methodology for our professional service engagements including project plan development training, definition of deliverables, establishing project objectives, goals, risk and change management, budget definition and tracking, and test methods • Defined and developed service offerings for the Microsoft practice in conjunction with Practice Director. • Developed sales and marketing collateral, working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams. • Managed department P&L, coop funding, and partner investment subsidies • Analyzed and researched potential partners and technology solutions for market viability and longevity
