Daily Duties at The California Endowment:

• Provided mentoring for business, process and data analysis, modeling. • Provided administrative and implementation support for both client/server and web based business applications such as FileNet, MicroEdge Gifts, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, GP (HR and Financials), EMS, and Interaction. • Developed and implemented plan to move mission critical business processes from manual to automated platforms using web based portal technology, namely, Sharepoint and InfoPath • Supported technical development and business analysis staff, involving instructing, directing, guiding and validating other associates’ work deliverables • Performed independently and in cross-team projects, making decisions, directing and monitoring “team” members, developing and completing technical, project and change management deliverables. • Documented business functions, processes, applications, systems, procedures and results of analysis, work sessions and related information, including business cases and reference manuals. • Functioned as a technical writer to support business documentation requirements. • Provided business consulting on complex projects and applications. • Developed, established, modified and supported technical analysis, development, problem resolution and implementation procedures to solve complex issues. • Experience with product/feature/functionality development in a support/maintenance environment, and knowledge of tools including MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint. • Worked with technical and business partner contacts to evaluate and manage projects; able to work with different personalities, varying technical and business skill levels, in large and small teams, on multiple simultaneous projects. • Provided administrative responsibilities in a technical development and support environment, including people management interpersonal skills, communication skills, administration, budget and performance monitoring and reporting. • Supported administration functions for business systems and applications. • Developed strategic, tactical and operational views of business and technology with business and technology management associates. • Formulated and defined a strategic view of information technology as it supported business requirements. • Developed and implemented quality assurance processes and review processes.
