Daily Duties at S & L Medical Group:
•Responsible for the overall profitable operations of 8 multi-specialty medical offices •Provided the necessary supervisory leadership to plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control the activities of 26 physicians and 19 support staff •Directed the planning, managing, and resource allocation to ensure that staffing levels are adequate •Evaluated company production, revised procedures and devised new forms in order to improve efficiency of workflow •Built relationships with both internal and external business partners to increase market share and improve quality •Negotiated, accepted and approved all major contracts to which the company will become a part of, such as loans, leases, labor contracts and real estate
