Daily Duties at Underwriter’s Laboratories :
Work as a member of the Sample Research Team to identify all unknown samples by communicating with clients and engineers utilizing all computer systems to check for open projects. Update the Sample Tracking System, disposition of all test samples, and assigning the sample to the appropriate holding areas. Dereliction of quotes performing all customer service related issues for posting quote requests to lab staff, warehouse staff, and engineers. Check a customer’s credit status, verifying that all agent requests have the appropriate forms and signatures on file for testing. Verification of new customer information, redirection of company SOP, and critical account documentation to insure efficient handling of all client matters.
