Daily Duties at Tellabs:
Have end to end customers’ accounts responsibility. Manage delivery of project materials from receipt of purchase order, through delivery of materials. Proactive representative insure delivery of goods and services in a timely manner by coordinating with all appropriate departments (e.g. Sales, Forecasting, Marketing and Customer Financial Services). Insuring accurate order entry, pricing and billing of materials. Customer service contact insures that all complaints, questions and invoice disputes are handled in a timely and professional manner. Take an active role as the customer liaison within the organization while working with sales, marketing and management to provide the highest quality of customer satisfaction. Creating and maintaining customer profiles and customer service models. Participating in audit activities and process improvement initiatives
