Daily Duties at Casco Manufacturing Company:

Manage the day to day aspects of a project and details. Customer service contact that handles all complaints questions and disputes quickly and appropriately. Processing and Intake customer quote requests. Analyze project profitability, margins and revenue, insuring accurate order entry, pricing and billing of materials. Work with the purchasing and forecasting department to maintain updated component and assembly pricing. Proactively manage all aspects of projects to recognize potential roadblocks that could impede the timely delivery of goods and services. Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements by coordinating with appropriate departments (i.e. purchasing, production, logistics). Effectively applying company methodology and enforces project quality standards. Enter repair, return and replacement orders. Create and maintain customer service profiles and service models, insuring that all project documents are complete, accurate and stored appropriately. Working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Input invoice and accounts receivables via in-house system and online payment processing. Participate in audits and process improvement activities. Participating in scheduled customer communication meetings to insure that all stakeholders are kept informed regarding project status. Travel to customer location whenever necessary to address customer concerns. Cross-trained among departments and I take on additional responsibilities as required.
