Daily Duties at Eastek International :
Manage the day to day aspects of ten strategic accounts, programs and their details. Insure accurate order processing, pricing and billing. Insure accurate costing and program requirements by working with the quote department and program engineers. Work with overseas counterparts to manage programs, production and deliveries. Create work plans to help further develop and define programs. Manage customer stocking agreements, inventory levels, and changes in demand or forecasts, to insure available material. Act as liaison between customer and internal departments to handle disputes and communicate any necessary information. Participate in audits and process improvement activities. Working closely with the Business Development Managers to meet expected sales and company growth goals. Run weekly open order reports to proactively track order status, delivery requests, invoicing, past due material status and production. Review my customers’ open order reports to help reconcile invoicing, shipping issues, and any other discrepancies that may arise. Create and review monthly project update reports for the Vice President of Sales, the Business Development Managers, the Customer Service Manager, and the Comptroller, in order to track program revenues, gross margin, working capital (inventory and A/R) and delivery performance.
