Daily Duties at Wayne Distributing, Inc.:
Wayne Distributing, Inc. was a Midwest wholesale distributor of Zenith Electronics, Crosley and Sharp appliances, and other consumer goods. Responsibilities included meeting with the Board of Directors, strategizing the future, establishing goals and objectives, and implementing and administering programs. It was important to constantly analyze and reevaluate operations and search for growth opportunities. I managed over 70,000 square feet of warehouse/office space as well as , branch sites and the day to day operations of the following departments: advertising, parts/services, IT, warehouse, sales, accounting, credit, and human resources. Through directing and motivating departments and company employees, I maximized company efficiencies, employee productivity, company profitability, and sales.
