Daily Duties at The Sinclir Group:
Provided clients training in change management and strategic planning. Projects included Georgia Pacific and Koch Industries. I worked with production and engineering staff members to assist in training their staff with process improvement methods using team concepts and fostering a more open communication environment through appreciative listening skills training.
