Conducted Job Hazard Analysis (JHA's) reviews. Managed the Workers Compensation program and pre-employment physicals. Conducted monthly safety meetings in addition to vendor sponsored "lunch and learns". Selected and purchased safety equipment specific for job hazards. Managed budgeting and distribution of safety equipment to include respirators,and other PPE. Performed Respirator fit tests and certifications.
