Expedited and coordinated material flow through the Integrated Supply Chain to achieve appropriate corporate metrics and customer order fulfillment. • Managed MPS and released, monitored and expedited orders to successfully achieve AOP. • Collaborated with the Aftermarket Spares departments to ensure proper flow of parts. • Directed Six Sigma Greenbelt project in conjunction with Engineering that reduced number of duplicated chemicals, eliminating excess waste, and lowering disposal costs. • Consistently met fill rates and reduced past dues/backlog by 30% or more by completing daily cycle counts, negotiations with manufacturing and other repair and overhaul shops for parts. • Achieved 97% or higher accuracy in cycle counts, resulting in the elimination of physical inventory counts at year end, saving additional costs to company. • Resolved disruptions in Supply Chain by actively streamlines processes and increasing efficiencies, ultimately leading to an improved customer focus.
