Daily Duties at Dresser Mooney Controls:

Oversaw bidding of all new and existing vendors and negotiated all contracts. Managed inventory levels and allocation. Scheduled production floor staffing for a team of 10. • Successfully negotiated with multiple suppliers on setting up Kanban systems and consignment inventory, reducing on hand inventory costs. • Oversaw 27 different finished products, including all parts required to build each product (approx. 15,000 parts). • Successfully scheduled production floor for consistent flow with no down time, as well as emergency order allowance without delaying other customer orders
