In charge of all the scheduling of manufacturing in the Business Unit of a 3 shift organization. Directed a workforce of 55 hourly employees. • Led continuous improvement teams which reduced scrap, improve uptime, and increase productivity utilizing lean manufacturing techniques. • Met 100% shipping windows for 70 week period.
