Daily Duties at Delphi:
Trained by Toyota in standardized work, problem solving and pull systems workshops designed to eliminate waste, build stability, create one piece flow and identify out of order conditions. Responsible for identifying and leading lean manufacturing projects. Responded to all problem resolutions initiated by customers. • Led cross functional Kaizen teams which improved first time quality, operational efficiency, and operational availability. • Led Standardized Work and Problem Solving workshops for 150-person business unit which resulted in improvements in First Time Quality and Operational Efficiency. • Helped lead mini-wedge door latch transformation from mass production conveyor lines to lean flexible cells with high man and machine utilization. This resulted in the reduction of 8 employees in running the line
