Provided the following contributions within his scope of coordinator responsibilities: • Assessed protocols for patient visit time lines & identification of safety concerns and provided reliable resource estimate for the center’s ROI • Designed, implemented/maintained effective source documentation & protocol summaries for study goals, objectives, procedures & safety • Screened candidates carefully to ensure proper inclusion & patient safety • Conducted Informed Consent Procedures according to GCP, protocol requirements, ICH guidelines and CFR law • Followed-up with patients to ensure safety and care upon IP administration • Maintained patients’ med history/conditions and relevant con-meds especially including aspects of potential AEs/SAEs prior to, or post, IP administration, contributing the information as source available for auditing collection • Completed records of patient source data and CRFs to sponsor, inventory of IP, study supply security, records of specimen prep & shipment to central labs
