Daily Duties at National City Bank:
• Responsible for budget tracking, reporting and managing of all financial records of a $4.6 million dollar project that provided National City with a well established online presence and a site-branding framework for subsequent project enhancements. Project was tracked within fractions of a percent and referenced as a model Project for the Business Information Group using Planview. Monitored Project Life Cycle (PLC) using MS Project and Visio.
• Acquired Siebel training and utilized this training in production for defining and developing workflows for Institutional Trust, Brokerage and Sales Groups. Converted paper forms into electronic forms using Siebel. Served as a 24-hour Subject Matter Expert (SME) for any escalation cases during the production phase of the project.
• Researched packages/maintained all production turnover documentation that was then passed on to the support team.
• Designed and coordinated end user training for the newly developed application to improve competency.
