Provide leadership and direction to group of 143 franchises offices over Arizona, Nevada and California for this National tax service provider. Strategize overall performance initiatives through identifying emerging issues and developing plans and programs Coordinate with store managers and corporate executives to facilitate meetings and implement training programs for managers and support staff. Develop individualized plans designed to increase revenue, grow brand awareness, enhance marketing channels and distribution, and ensure continued profitability; facilitate meetings to ensure goal attainment.
