•Created and designed structural plans for residential and commercial departments. •Converting architectural plans to be used as structural backgrounds as well as the layout of joist and truss locations. •Worked cohesively with many major home builders in the layout of residential foundation plans. •Coordinated and facilitated the training of other drafters in all standards and the use of the paper and model space command within AutoCAD. •Worked with various home builders including Richmond Homes, US Homes, Pulte, Toll Brothers, KB Homes, and Joyce Homes.
