Daily Duties at Quiznos Corp.:
•Directly led the architectural design, permitting, sign assignment and installation process for over 350 Quizno’s site locations. •Coordinated and conducted complex project planning meetings with groups to determine proposed scope of work including, building construction, significant controlling issues, obstacles and restrictions, and required coordination with other staff. •Facilitated the sourcing, interviewing, hiring and management of both architects and engineers throughout the design process, focusing on design and permit cycle times. •Managed and led architects, engineers and permit expediters through the local permit approval process. •Directed and supervised contractors and architects during the entire design phase and construction period, providing direction to team on project goals, schedules, and budget constraints. •Managed approved sign vendors through the new exterior signage and existing transfer process; pricing, landlord approval, permits, production and installation for all exterior signage for each location. •Initiated the negotiation of pricing for all additional design costs requested by architects, engineers, permit expediters, and sign vendors. •Consulted and communicated with the 6 corporate directors of construction, design and construction department along with all architects/engineers and sign vendors daily. •Monitored and tracked the daily tasks of architects, engineers and sign vendors to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. •Acted as a member of the Quizno’s 2008 Design and Special Kiosk Project Team.
