• Tracked project schedules and milestones to ensure on-time delivery metrics. • Researched and corrected problems encountered during processing and opened TARs when problems detected or services requested. • Provided technical support on scheduling issues and submitted/updated Remedy requests and JOBDOC updates for ad hoc or temporary changes. • Coordinated resolution of critical path problems and generated exception reports. • Created, modified and implemented real-time schedules and JOBDOC changes to repair and prevent production/operational errors. • Participated in morning operation meeting preparation.
