• Presided over daily manager meetings in absence of manager/AVP. • Created and produced reports, charts and graphs. • Installed, maintained and upgraded Robot on new and existing AS/400. • Managed installation of Tivoli Work Load Scheduler 6.1. • Handled all Production workflow through Robot and Tivoli, including scheduling and job setup. • Developed and conducted user training on Robot. • Provided troubleshooting and technical support for scheduling and processing problems, including submittal, update or closing of problem tickets in Tivoli. • Coordinated and supervised new products.
