Daily Duties at Mainstreet Entertainment:

Required a thorough knowledge of spirits and building of customer relationships. Marketing in the form of buzz marketing and the use of internet resources. I also created and maintained an interactive customer web page to keep patrons up to date on our current events and welcome feedback. Management position included daily control and implementation of policies, security, scheduling and payroll. I directly supervised an average staff of twenty-five employees. During my time as the floor manager I also used Excel to create a scheduling and payroll system capable of linking to QuickBooks software to replace the written paper system that was currently in use.

You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social.
