•Consistently promoted to lead, mentor and motivate sailors in all aspects of day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on optimizing performance. •Consistently improved operational efficiency by identifying and resolving issues and developing and integrating targeted processes to maximize workflow. •Motivated team to work together efficiently while mitigating conflict and communication problems. •Improved operational efficiency by managing multiple tasks simultaneously and improving productivity. •Effectively trained all levels of sailors, including conducting initial needs assessments, managing the implementation of strategic training initiatives, and evaluating performance measurements. •Actively trained and mentored 500+ junior sailors, resulting in increasing advancement rates by 50% for each advancement cycle for 3 consecutive years. •Achieved 100% command eligibility during exam cycles for three straight years. •Proficiently planned, coordinated and supervised the work schedule to ensure optimal use of resources. •Oversaw training, inspections, evaluations, and vacation time of 100+ personnel, further illustrating exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities in achieving goals and timelines. •Successfully ensured that 15,000 sailors were prepared for deployment, while maintaining full accountability for actively supporting the families left behind with daily concerns ranging from financial and real estate problems to emergencies and immediate concerns. •Proactively identified and provided available resources for families and applied active listening skills toward troubleshooting problems. •Set up, coordinated and led a team to assist family members in an area affected by disasters, including hurricanes.
