Daily Duties at Wang Labs:

Work with 5 National accounts to provide software assistance for their organization. Also to escalate all unresolved issues to R & D for software patches to be written to resolve software bugs. Go on site to meet with account managers and determine processes for improvement of the products we provided as well as the delivery of those products. Ensure the ultimate in customer satisfaction to all customers on the national accounts list.
