Specialized in the implementation management and configuration support for large scale Cisco VPN/DMVPN networks, as well as large frame relay networks and legacy application protocols. Key Contributions:  Implemented VOIP solutions since 2000. Assisted the engineering team that developed Motorola's VOIP solution. Solutions comprised of Motorola Voice Gateways and using Cisco Routers for transport. Configured QOS for VOIP on Cisco routers and switches for many different voice applications.  Tasked to quickly learn the Cisco DMVPN technology and develop and deliver the configurations for the Host location and all remote locations for a retail store that had close to 1500 sites..  Provided implementation and configuration support for a 2000 site Cisco DMVPN network for a large retail jewelry retail chain  Responsible for development of creative VPN solutions for customers  Worked on a large scale network control systems for Visa and Delta Airlines  Provided support on large Matrix Switches for IBM and World Bank  Provided integration support for Worldspan and its 6000 locations  Provided technology support for CVS Pharmacies and Citizens Bank.  Provided technical support for Fuji Films, IBM Latin America, The Children’s Place, Game Stop, etc.  Installed and supported one of the first major international VOIP networks with presence in more than ten different countries  Provided mentoring and technical support to members of System Integrators group. Technical Support Specialist  Provided high level technical support on all products to the field engineering force  Provided demo support to sales teams  Supported IP/IPX, and most of the legacy protocols, IE: SNA/BISYNC X.25 Frame Relay, etc.  Two-time member of Presidents Club Field Service Engineer  Provided installation, maintenance and support for entire product line, which, at the time included Modems, Time Division Multiplexers, Statistical Multiplexers, biplexors and encryption products
