Daily Duties at Samsung Austin Semiconductor:
Installed and repaired multi-million dollar photolithography equipment including ASML and Nikon step/scan systems. Supervised and trained Technicians within a fast paced team environment. Utilized precision electronic and electromechanical testing/measuring instruments and equipment. Interpreted Engineering specifications, blueprints, drawings, and flowcharts. Developed preventive maintenance and technical procedures to improve efficiency. Monitored equipment performance on a weekly basis, prepared incident reports, and collaborated with Engineers to resolve issues. Repaired Cymer laser models 5600-6100 and Tel Track System. Contacted vendors, cross-referenced part numbers, and obtained second source parts to reduce costs. Utilized SAP system to process orders, and worked closely with Logistics.
