- Three years developing, maintaining, and teaching aviation related courses - United States Navy Master Training Specialist – Front End Analysis – Able to perform learning needs assessment; learner/environment analysis, job/task analysis, and instructional systems design models for course design and development. Proficient with computer/web-based training and electronic performance support. - Expert in Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) II conversion and production of courses. Proficient with the guidelines in the Naval Air Maintenance Training Group 1540, Naval Education and Training manuals 135B, 131, 130, and 134. Familiar with ADL SCORM and ADA Section 508 compliance requirements - Skilled in CETARS (Corporate Enterprise and Training Activity Resource System) and CANTRAC (Catalog of Naval Training Courses) - Knowledgeable with Naval Air Systems Command (NA V AIR) manual interpretation and organization - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Database), MAX OSX applications (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) and instructional media materials development. Basic knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver - Possess Secret security clearance
