Managed regional database of associate relations issues; identified trends, conducted root-cause analysis, and proposed trend solutions for district, regional, and global opportunities. • Avoided legal disputes by effectively interpreting policies and procedures pertaining to employee complaints and issues; kept legal team abreast of any issues that could negatively impact company. • Conducted compensation analysis and reviews to ensure competitiveness in marketplace and region. • Maintained collaborative relationships with 50+ Market Managers in 5 states; assisting 4,500+ employees. • Key point person for performance improvement, corrective action and ongoing management development.
