Responsible for personnel of up to 180 associates, hiring, interviewing, benefits, safety, payroll planning and management, managing operational processes to reduce shortages, monitoring budgets and expenses, building maintenance, preparation and overall inventory management, monitoring registers and customer service, managing freight/receiving teams.
