Key role in the company included auditing clients in a variety of businesses in Canada. ● Supervised multi-disciplinary audit team in auditing processes, analysis processes, audit plans and the production/writing of audit programs. ● Diversity of client audits included working with GAAP and GAAS for both profit and not for profit organizations. ● Successfully audited and consulted with multiple types of organizations spanning manufacturing, service businesses and government entities. ● Analyzed, researched, designed and wrote audit programs. Instituted these programs throughout the company and with clients during this time ● Position required constant communication with internal tax authorities, financial specialists, other accountants and internal personnel regarding corporate and not for profit business/auditing issues.
