Manage the development and deployment of compliance strategies. ● Direct and co-ordinate the scoping, risk assessment and project management of SOX 404 compliance activities. ● Develop testing strategy and processes and coordinate testing internally, including peer to peer testing and testing by internal audit ● Keep management informed of all SEC and PCAOB regulatory changes impacting SOX 404 compliance activities. ● Integrate SEC and PCAOB regulatory changes into compliance strategies ● Direct the development and deployment of training programs, testing templates and other tools to facilitate management’s COSO-based assessment of internal controls over financial reporting. ● Coordinate internal controls testing with internal and external auditors. ● Liaise with business and infrastructure leaders to ensure internal control deficiencies are remediated and apply technical guidance to evaluate the significance of control deficiencies individually and in the aggregate. ● Manage internal and external professionals who support compliance activities and monitor the Company’s readiness for assertion. ● Organize and manage status reporting for the CEO, CFO, Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
